At Rare Stem Flowers, every bouquet is crafted with care and intention. Below are a few simple terms to keep everything blooming smoothly 🌸

Orders & Deliveries
Each arrangement is made to order using seasonal blooms — colors and varieties may vary slightly, but we promise they’ll always be beautiful. Delivery times are approximate, and we’ll do our best to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on schedule.

Returns & Replacements
Because flowers are perishable, we can’t accept returns. However, if your bouquet doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll happily make it right.

Cancellations
We understand plans change! If you need to cancel, let us know at least 24 hours before your delivery date for a full refund.

We treat your information with the same respect we give our roses — handled delicately and never shared.
